2. 10% light bundle broken.

3. Insert tube is ok.

4. Biopsy tube abrasion.

5. Angle tied, bending section transformation.

6. Wires, helix tube abrasion, no up angle.

Solution: Replace wires, helix tube, bending section and rubber.
