II. Fault symptoms and causes

1. Clips

lUnable to clamp the endoscope tightly--- Worn card (endoscope clamp) or buckle base, damaged spring, etc

lUnable to insert endoscope --- Buckle deformation and internal contamination

limage not centered on screen ---- the buckle base is deformed

2.C-Mount Coupler

lImage blurring --- C-mount coupler internal contamination

lUnable to focus ---- the internal structure is damaged of C-mount coupler

lUnable to turn focusing ring --- Focusing ring seal on aging or internal contamination

3.Keypad

lNo response of button --- keyboard is damaged, key cable is in poor contact

lKey film broken

4.CCD（Charge Coupled Device）lImage trailing, false color, color deviation, flashing screen, inability to recognize camera, incompatible camera, inability to automatically

adjust brightness etc.

5.Cable
